Last Monday, U.S. Sen. Tim Kaine met with two dozen military spouses and veterans at Old Dominion University. One of the attendees was Rob Fenimore, a 26-year-old former Marine corporal who served two combat tours in Iraq. Fenimore has been waiting for an appointment for psychiatric care with the Hampton VA Medical Center since last June and will finally be seen next month, almost ten months later.
